2 week review

I've been married for 2 weeks now...
It's funny because our house is still a mess with boxes everywhere. However, the actual house is great. So many "thank you's" have to go out to my brothers and sister and Bo... for the so many hours of cleaning they've put into the new place. My family has been so supportive, it's unbelievable. My brothers moving all my stuff into the new place while I was on my honeymoon, my parents looking for furniture for me even though I should be doing that... It's hard for me to be on the receiving end of such "blessings", cos I'm such an independent person... but I think I am being humbled and changed. Thank God for such a tight family... it really shines brightly now a days.
Married life is great so far. Raina and I are really happy and blessed. It's funny because I've always thought we'd be the same after we marry... and I think we are. We would get so many warnings of how things would be totally differnt, and how we will have to "exclude" ourselves from others, how we would fight, and all the bad habits would start to annoy us leading to more fights... etc. So many people have warned us about this that I actually started to worry about how cavalier Raina and I were going about all this and that once those things happen, I would be starttled... so I even prepared for these "shocking moments". Funny... we're still so chill about everything. I guess because we have been so thorough in our getting to know each other, that everything just fell into place as it should be. "The Road to Hana" wasn't "The Road to Divorce" for us... we actually had a good time with each other... despite my sore neck from looking at all the sights while driving for hours. I think we'll be ok.
Today, I bought another guitar. The PRS Hollowbody Spruce I've been wanting. Pics to come later. Raina is so understanding to put up with my guitar fetish. Later tonight, dinner with my family to celebrate James' birthday. Harppy Birdsday my mango brother.
